Terms of Service

These terms apply to the cross-border network access subscription service provided by VPNFish. Before using the service, review its scope, account responsibilities, and usage restrictions, then check the plan details to see whether they meet your needs. See the Privacy Policy for information about how personal data is handled. These terms do not replace consumer protections that apply under the law.

Service Scope

VPNFish provides access to international routes and subscription management, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service covers 100+ countries / 160+ routes. Coverage does not mean routes in every region are always available at the same time, nor does it guarantee access to any third-party website or app.

The service provides network connectivity, not third-party accounts, content licenses, or paid benefits. When using international websites, AI tools, and streaming services, you must still meet each platform’s regional, account, and licensing requirements, and confirm that use is permitted in your local network environment.

Accounts and Devices

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Keep your login details, subscription links, and imported configurations secure. They may provide access to your account or the service, so do not post them on public pages, in groups, or in shared documents. If you notice unusual connections or exposed credentials, change your password promptly and submit a support ticket through the user panel.

There is no device limit. The service is intended for the account holder’s use across their own devices; this does not authorize sharing the account with others. You may not resell, rent, or lend an account or subscription, or repackage access as another service for others. When sharing troubleshooting screenshots, hide your password and full subscription address.

Subscriptions and Data Allowance

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Before choosing a plan, check its billing method, data allowance, and order total. See plan pricing for full prices. You can view orders and remaining data in the user panel.

Choose a plan based on your actual needs, and keep in mind that background syncing, system updates, and video playback use data. Both the plan’s active status and available data affect access; changing routes does not change the billing rules for your plan. If you notice an issue with an order or usage record, describe it through the support ticket portal. Do not include login credentials in your submission.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for details on how to apply.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and to your actual activities, and respect the terms of third-party services. You may not use the service for fraud, infringement, distributing unlawful content, unauthorized system access, network attacks, malicious scanning, or sending spam, or help others engage in such activities.

You may not disrupt route operations, damage client software, or misuse network resources in a way that affects other users’ normal access. VPNFish may investigate suspicious activity when there is a reasonable basis and restrict the relevant connections when necessary. Network access capabilities do not change your responsibility for your own actions or the content you access.

Availability and Liability

Your connection experience may be affected by your local network, carrier routing, the policies of target platforms, and route maintenance. VPNFish does not guarantee a particular speed or latency, uninterrupted availability, or continuous access to third-party services. If you experience connection issues, check your local network, update your subscription, and try a suitable route. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket.

Planned maintenance or route changes will be announced on the site or in the user panel as appropriate. Responsibility for changes to third-party platform rules, user device configurations, and network events beyond reasonable control will be determined based on the circumstances. These terms do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If you violate these terms through unlawful use, account resale or sharing, malicious attacks, or repeated disruption of the service, VPNFish may suspend the relevant connections or terminate account services according to the nature of the conduct. If you dispute a decision, you may submit an explanation and relevant records through the user panel and request a review. Any action taken should be based on verifiable facts.

These terms may be updated to reflect service changes or changes to applicable rules. Updates will be published on this page, along with a revised last-updated month. Changes that affect important user rights will be explained in a site announcement or the user panel. If you have questions about a change, review the explanation or submit a support ticket before deciding whether to continue using the service.
